A: You will not get charged if a call does not connect. We only charge for connected calls including voicemail and answering machines. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service representative at 1-888-835-3467.
A: Telehop's #100 service charges will appear on your TELUS mobile, Koodo mobile, or TELUS or Koodo Pay & Talk as summarized charge of usage during the billing period. You can easily monitor your individual call usage and associated charges within the billing period with our free text message you receive outlining the call details after each call.
